Why I'm re-entering now
I left Capgemini because of the constant travel, but I never lost interest in the work. That's why I spent the next seven years leading an independent organizational alignment practice. During that time, I continued strengthening the same core skills: diagnosing organizational friction, aligning stakeholders, and helping distributed leadership teams move toward shared outcomes. With remote and hybrid delivery now standard, that's no longer a tradeoff I have to make.

What I've learned about resistance
Resistance is rarely just about the change itself. It often reflects change fatigue, unclear ownership, competing priorities, or experiences from previous initiatives. That's why I try to understand what's driving the resistance, not just how to respond to it. My goal is to help this initiative succeed while leaving behind better ways of working that make the next one easier.
