Why I'm re-entering now

I stepped away from enterprise OCM consulting at Capgemini because of the travel. The setting changed, but the work didn't.

Over the next seven years, I led an independent organizational alignment practice, helping distributed leadership teams navigate growth, collaboration, and operational change. I continued strengthening the same skills that first drew me to OCM: understanding people, diagnosing organizational friction, and helping teams work through the growing pains of scaling.With remote and hybrid work now commonplace, it feels like the right time to return to OCM.

How I work

I start by understanding how people are experiencing the change, not just what's changing. That means looking beyond the project plan to understand how information has been shared, what previous initiatives may have left behind, and where alignment may already be breaking down.As the initiative evolves, I adapt alongside it. I enjoy solving problems collaboratively, improving the way work gets done, and leaving behind stronger processes that make future change easier than the last.❗️I also enjoy using AI and modern no-code tools to organize information, prototype solutions, streamline communications, and improve delivery efficiency when they can accelerate the work.
